Join our hands-on Brazilian Cooking Experience in Foz do Iguaçu — an immersive journey through Brazil’s food, people and stories. You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink and local snacks while we share a little about the history of Brazilian cuisine and its rich, diverse ingredients. Then comes the fun part: an unlimited Caipirinha Workshop — all you can make & drink 🍹✨ You’ll learn how to prepare Brazil’s most iconic cocktail and create your own variations throughout the experience. Guided by the chef, you’ll cook a delicious three-course Brazilian meal, step by step, discovering the stories and regional ingredients that make each dish so special. Our menu changes seasonally, always inspired by local products and traditional recipes. To finish, we’ll sit down together and enjoy everything we’ve prepared — the perfect ending to a flavorful and meaningful experience. Good to know: - No cooking experience is required - Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions — all dishes can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free guests - This class is not recommended for those with severe food allergies - Minimum of 2 participants required. If you book as a solo traveler, your reservation will be confirmed once the minimum is reached.

However, since we work with small groups and prepare everything in advance, we kindly ask that any cancellation or reschedule request be made at least 24 hours before the class. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: full refund or reschedule (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows: non-refundable.
